Qlify uses only the information needed to provide accounts, queues, and customer updates. This page explains the basics in plain language.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Information Qlify uses

When you create an account, Qlify uses details such as your nickname and email address. Businesses may add workspace, location, team, and queue settings.

When a customer joins a queue, Qlify records the details needed for that visit. These may include a queue number, location, status, group size, contact details, visit details, timing, and service result.

Our hosting systems also receive basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time. This helps Qlify operate safely and reliably.

2. How Qlify uses information

Qlify uses this information to provide sign-in, customer check-in, live queue updates, notifications, visit history, reviews, and business reports. We also use it to keep accounts secure, prevent misuse, and make sure people see only the information available to them.

3. Cookies and saved preferences

Qlify uses essential cookies to keep sessions secure and support sign-in. If you choose “Remember me,” Qlify saves a cookie so you can stay signed in. Blocking these cookies may stop signed-in features from working correctly.

Your color theme is saved in your browser on your device. It is not used to follow you across websites.

4. Who can see information

A business and its assigned team can see the customer and queue information needed to provide service. Companies that provide Qlify’s hosting or email delivery may handle limited information while providing those services.

Public queue displays show queue numbers and queue progress. They do not show customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, visit details, or history. Qlify’s public website does not show private business, team, or customer information.

5. Keeping and protecting information

Qlify keeps information while it is needed to provide the service, protect accounts, and support useful business records. We use practical safeguards to protect it, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

6. Your choices

You can update available account details inside Qlify. For information about a specific visit, contact the business that managed the queue. The business may need to confirm who you are before completing a request.

7. Changes to this page

We may update this page when Qlify changes. The latest published version will always appear here.
