How Qlify works
One clear journey for customers and teams
Qlify turns an uncertain wait into simple steps. Customers know what happens next, and businesses have a clear path from setup to better service.
For customers
Scan Location QR → Join Queue → Waiting → Called → Show QR to Crew
-
1
Scan QR
Scan the location’s Qlify code with a phone camera to open the check-in page.
-
2
Join Queue
Sign in, share the visit details the location needs, and receive a queue number.
-
3
Track Status
Follow your place in line and current status while the queue moves.
-
4
Get Called
Qlify makes your call easy to notice and shows what to do next.
-
5
Show QR to Crew
Show this QR code to the crew when requested. Only the team at this location can confirm it, after you have been called.
-
6
Get Served
After service, you can view the completed visit and share a verified review.
For businesses
Create Workspace → Group Locations → Assign Access → Configure Queues → Serve Customers → Review Results
-
1
Create Workspace
Create a private workspace for your locations, people, and reports.
-
2
Group Locations
Create a group first, then add each place where you serve customers inside the right group.
-
3
Assign Access
Run everything yourself, or optionally choose who oversees each group, leads each location, and works in its queue as your team grows.
-
4
Configure Queues
Choose how many people may wait and when check-ins close.
-
5
Serve Customers
Call customers in order, then scan their queue QR to open service confirmation. A scan before a customer is called is rejected without changing their place. Serve or mark no-show as usual.
-
6
Review Results
Compare groups and locations, understand busy times and queue peaks, then download the filtered data or save a chart for your team.
What everyone can see
A public queue display may show queue numbers and progress so customers can follow the line.
What stays private
Names, contact details, visit notes, staff information, and customer history are never shown on the public website or queue display.
