Owner
Manages the workspace, groups, locations, members, settings, and workspace-wide reporting.
Qlify connects each customer to a live location queue. Customers follow one clear journey, while owners, Group Managers, Location Managers, and Crew get tools matched to their responsibilities.
For customers
You only need a browser. Your queue page stays private to your account and updates as the team moves the line forward.
Scan the location’s QR code, then log in or create an account so only you can manage your place.
Enter your group size and optional contact details or notes. Qlify gives you a queue number immediately.
Follow your live status from My queues. When the team calls you, the notification bell links straight to your queue page. Show this QR code to the crew when requested. You do not scan a code to confirm yourself.
Cancel your active place from its queue page. If you rejoin, Qlify applies the location’s fair-use rules.
A completed visit can unlock a verified review, helping future customers understand the experience.
For teams
Set up the business once, group related locations, then give each person only the access needed for their groups or location.
Fast location switching
Signed-in owners, Group Managers, Location Managers, and active Crew can use the Locations menu to jump directly to every location they are authorized to open.
In a workspace, filter Locations by group, queue status, or manager coverage. Choose “Needs a Location Manager” or sort those locations first when planning assignments.
The owner creates the workspace and at least one group first, then adds each location inside a group and sets its queue rules.
Group Managers lead every location in assigned groups, Location Managers lead one location, and Crew work in that location’s queue. Add managers and groups one at a time from the dropdown, review the selected list, then save. A location only offers people who do not already have Group Manager or location access; change an existing assignment from People first. These assignments are optional: a solo owner can manage every group and location, then add people whenever the team grows.
Customers join by scanning the location code. Owners, Group Managers, Location Managers, and active Crew call customers where they have access, then scan the called customer’s queue QR to open service confirmation. A scan before the customer is called changes nothing. Mark served or no-show as usual.
Authorized team members can compare customer flow, see when demand is highest, and review feedback without exposing another location’s information.
Roles and access
Scope matters. A Group Manager cannot leave assigned groups, and a Location Manager or Crew member cannot open another location merely by changing the address in the browser.
Manages the workspace, groups, locations, members, settings, and workspace-wide reporting.
Oversees assigned groups, operates their locations with every Location Manager capability, compares group results, and assigns Location Managers or Crew already in the workspace.
Leads one location, configures and operates its queue, reviews its results, and assigns or removes Crew already in the workspace.
Operates the queue at one assigned location and sees reports only when reporting access is enabled there.
Joins eligible queues, follows personal queue history, receives calls, and leaves verified reviews.
